Terms of Service
Last updated 6 November 2026
These terms apply when you create a PScope Hosting account or order hosting, domains or related services. By placing an order you agree to them.
Accounts. You must give accurate contact details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content you host. One person or organisation may hold several accounts, but you may not share an account with people outside your organisation.
Orders and billing. Each order creates an invoice in your account. Services are billed in advance for the cycle you choose (monthly or yearly). A service is activated only after its invoice is paid and the payment has been verified. Prices, taxes and any discount are shown on the invoice before you pay.
Renewals. Services renew automatically for the same cycle. A renewal invoice is issued before the due date. If a renewal invoice stays unpaid after its due date the invoice becomes overdue, and after the grace period shown in your account the service may be suspended. Paying the invoice restores a service that was suspended for non-payment.
Cancellation. You can request cancellation from your account at any time. The service stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed afterwards. Unpaid orders can be cancelled before payment.
Domains. Domain registrations and transfers are completed with an accredited registrar after payment and are subject to that registry's rules. You are the registrant of domains you register through us. Registration fees are generally not refundable once the domain has been registered.
Acceptable use. Your use of the services must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend a service that breaks it or that puts other customers, our infrastructure or the public at risk, and will tell you why.
Service levels and backups. We work to keep services available and publish real-time platform health on our status page. Backups are provided as described in your plan, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data.
Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in your account or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after that date means you accept the updated terms.
Contact. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page or a support ticket in your account.
