Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data PScope Hosting processes when you use our website, create an account or buy services.

What we collect. Account details you give us (name, email address, country, phone number, preferred language and currency, profile picture). Order, invoice and payment records. Support tickets and messages you send through the contact form. Technical records needed to run the service, such as sign-in events, API key usage and security logs. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page and are never stored by us.

Why we use it. To create and secure your account, deliver and bill the services you order, provide support, send service notifications (orders, invoices, renewals, security), prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. If you join the affiliate programme we use referral records to calculate commission.

Who processes it for us. Our database and authentication run on Supabase; the website runs on Render. When connected, card payments are handled by our payment provider and transactional email by our email provider. Each provider processes data only to deliver its service to us. Your data may be processed outside your country, with safeguards required by law.

Retention. Account data is kept while your account is open. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Contact messages and security logs are kept only as long as needed for their purpose. Server monitoring data contains no personal data and is deleted after 90 days.

Your rights. You can view and update your profile in your account at any time. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, or object to a use of it, by opening a support ticket or using the contact page. Some records, such as paid invoices, must be kept even after an account is closed.

Cookies and storage. We use only what the site needs to work: keeping you signed in, remembering your theme, language and currency, a referral code you arrived with, and a dismissed announcement. We do not use advertising trackers.

Changes. We will post any update to this policy on this page and, for material changes, tell you in your account or by email.
