Acceptable Use Policy

Our infrastructure is shared, so everyone relies on it being safe, lawful and fast. This policy applies to every service, account and API key.

Not allowed: hosting or sending malware, phishing pages or other content designed to deceive or harm; sending unsolicited bulk email; content that is unlawful where it is hosted or targeted, including material that exploits children; infringing other people's copyright or trademarks; attacking, scanning or testing systems you do not own or have permission to test; and mining cryptocurrency or running workloads that degrade service for others.

Resource use. Plans include the resources listed for them. Sustained use that harms other customers may be throttled; we will contact you and suggest a suitable plan first unless the situation is urgent.

Security. Keep your software, plugins and passwords up to date. If your site is compromised we may isolate it to protect others and will help you clean it up.

Enforcement. Depending on severity we may warn you, suspend the affected service or close the account. Serious illegal activity may be reported to the authorities. You can contest a decision through a support ticket.

Reporting abuse. Report abuse of a PScope-hosted site through the contact page with the address and details of the problem.
