Refund Policy

Last updated 6 November 2026

New hosting. If you are not satisfied with a new shared, WordPress or business hosting service, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of the first payment for that service. The refund covers the hosting fee only.

Renewals. Renewal payments can be refunded if you request cancellation within 7 days of the renewal and the service has not been used heavily since. Otherwise the service runs until the end of the paid period.

Not refundable. Domain registrations, renewals and transfers once processed by the registry; SSL certificates once issued; setup or migration work already performed; and services suspended for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method where possible. Manual payments (such as bank or mobile transfers) are refunded to an account you confirm in writing. Refunds are recorded on the related invoice in your account.

How to ask. Open a billing ticket from your account with the invoice number and the reason. We reply within two business days.
